We are pleased to announce the success of the Dude Salute event held on Sept. 11, 2011. $7,300 will be donated to the veterans van transportation program. We will continue to send packages to our current military and provide blue star banners and decals to their families.
What’s with the Dude?
Two years ago, a new advertising agency called AdMfg, Inc. opened its doors. The AdMfg logo was round like a ball or Frisbee and during a creative session the AdMfg team came up with the “Dude” as someone who could throw or kick the logo. And just like that, AdMfg came with a “Dude”. Years ago, city slickers went to dude ranches and dressed and played the part of a cowboy or cowgirl for a week or weekend and they were called “Dudes”. AdMfg believes we all have a little dude in us. Every day we get up and play a part by dressing-up in the apparel that suits our activity, that’s what makes us all dudes! So, “Dude the right thing” and be a “Dude” full of integrity, optimism and goodwill! The “Dude” is open to any new adventure and has raised money for the veterans, soldiers, soldier’s families, and new mammography equipment for the local hospital. What can the “Dude” do for you?
