| Dude Salute September 11, 2010 V.F.W. - Fairmont
A salute to military personnel, veterans and public services, and the
last large event to be held at the Fairmont VFW building – a
longstanding tradition. Net proceeds raised from this event were used to support the
military and purchase a new van for the Veterans Van Transportation

| Dude Roll-in, Ride, & Rally June 26-27, 2009 The 2009 Dude Event started with a roll-in at the Northrop American Legion for motorcycle and classic car enthusiasts on Friday, June 26th. On Saturday the festivities began with a flag presentation and breakfast served by Chris Cake's at the Flying Goose Campground. The day's events included a "Dude Ride/Cruise" to Okoboji, Iowa, silent and live auctions, and music from Red Lipstick and The Dark Horse Band. $7,300 was raised for the Veteran's Administration to put towards the purchase of a new van for the Veterans Van Transportation Program. |
